Im doing the same. im so stoked at the moment i have just managed to grow a load of pachanoi's from seed and just waiting on my peruvianus to germinate (I just sewed them :), i've got a load of baby 'peyote' too and two of them are in flower now - they're really sweet. got a load of chilli plants and tomato's going too! peace n warm wishes to ya.. :)))
When will my trichs pup from the mama plant? I cut them a few months ago, and I know it's only starting to be spring, but I can't figure that out... I keep them inside b/c it's the midwest here (not exactly cactus growing heaven) and I don't have a greenhouse. I keep them in a room that has windows on 3 sides so it's a lot of light... but also wondering how large of a pot each cutting needs.
@WatercolorLoving any time.now they have just hardened off from bieng cut.they have regrown thick skin were you cut them?do not water them.that is a key that might help.fell your cati.is it hard when you press it ?only water it in summer ,and when it is oft.cactus mostly go dorman in winter in natural conditions and do not drink or need water either way.when in doubt,do not water.also new growths are up to moms.could be never.could be 3-4 per catus.it is random .NOT watering will help grow pups
and yes i did grow pine apple .i killed it.however now i know how to grow it.i have no room either at the time now i have a yard to grow a tree but itvrains most the year im on the ocean.but i currently have many trees that i grew from seed and or cuttings.meyers lemons,oranges,limes,cherimoyas,silver tassel,macadamian tree,brujmansia,kratom,are all trees im currently growing and remember names.i have many more including bushes acacias and will grow fruit trees from local trees seeds this year.
jeez i have so many questions to ask now...dont feel rushed to get back to me on all this you know. but last question for tonight is did you grow the guava from seed? i cant get any of mine to germinate! thanks i'll stop with the questions for a bit now lol
@karmacomacure hello.noi did not. but i do know the grower and it was grown from a seed,ha.yes it is not a cutting.i would try and treat a gauva or any large seed like a avacado seed.let it soak even amount of air and water.let germinate first ,thenplant it ,also try planting a few now in spring and that may also help.peace

@karmacomacure no im not good at indentification.i just notice them.then i might eat one or try and find out its name,i do actually study this but all in my own time and so i do have many reference maunuals and books,and an understanding of basic latin for plant and medical identifcation.my ground cherry wasin my noxious weeds field guid,a sub sent me the video and told me it wasa ground cherry.then i looked it up.physalis.still lots of research on thatplant because of contriversal opinions.peac
@karmacomacure i will still try and indentify your plants if you can take pics,or vids,i will help you to upload,and not have tyo share your information or video,you can do it in private.you could then put it on this page even as a video response.if you have any site like you aid facebook ,i will go there to see your product also,peace

San Pedro cuttings and seeds are readily available on ebay. You can sell there, there is a strong market for them. Nice video.
