@Mattraction513 The thing about the Mafia that makes them so dangerous is their connections and contacts, Vito and Joe just went in there to massacre them; Henry being killed by them prior is motive for them to become suspects, people could've gotten away and fingered them later, they could've left tons of fingerprints, a police investigation could've had them both imprisoned easily, being that it's the Mafia, a few bribes and favors and its under the rug, and very personal......
@Mattraction513 By the way, it only takes motive to make you guilty in the Mafia buddy. Leo knew the motive right away, and that's why he brings it up in this cutscene.
I really wish I could find the score for the scene in the car with Leo, I know it's a modified version of "The End" but I can't find it on the soundtrack.
@ZM7241994 It' complicated, since it was never revealed, but it's almost 100% that he joined the federal agency after he immigrated to the US from Sicily and got into the Clemente crime family due to his father's good friendship with Don Clemente.
@MrTimbol What makes me think Henry wasn't always a rat is because he orders you to steal those oil papers or stamps. I don't think undercover cops or informants(though this would explain how the police found out Vito stole the oil papers) would do that unless they had to remain undetected. This makes me think he became a rat after Clemenza's death. I'm not too sure though.
@ZM7241994 Well i guess that makes him a very interesting character, even Vito and Joe couldn't easily beleive (or they absouletly didn't) he was really a rat, as they were close friends. (which leads to the story's moral, namely there's is no such thing as friendship in the mafia.)
How the hell did everyone know its was Joe and Vito that killed the tongs its not like they left business cards ?

Is this the ending to an add-on? I'm at the part where you kill the guy who killed your father. What do I do after that?

@bobdylan60 They are the cops and/or the goverment agents who Henry was working with, trying to pinch Carlo Falcone.

@MrTimbol I have a question. Was Henry always a rat or did he become one after you killed Clemenza?
