My friend says that if she eats breakfast then she'll be hungry for the rest of the day. So she doesn't eat breakfast, barely lunch, and like two bites of dinner (I went to camp with her so I should know) and She thinks it fine...

Just thought id throw this out there after your Raw clens is done dont feel bad about rewarding yourself. its good motivation knowing you worked out enough to deserve a treat. Also i went about 5 months working out daily and eating like 1000 calories a day and after i stopped i ended up getting depressed and becoming a glutton. If you completely demonize tasty foods youll end up gorging yourself.

You don't have to eat salad. I am too lazy to make salad, so I just eat various vegetables. The more vegetables you eat in relation to fruit (and everything else) the better the diet will work.

This video made me go get a tooth refilled. This video inspired me to eat an apple, which got stuck in my teeth, which made me floss, which made one of my fillings pop out, which left a hole in my tooth, which i have to get filled in 20 mins. Thanks Shay, now I have to go to the dentist! Congrats on the raw food diet! That takes a lot of willpower :) Good luck!
Fat doesn't make you fat people! It was a scam! calories are key! Sugar too, sugar is harder to burn. Fat makes your arteries clog. Fatty foods have a few more calories, like whole fat milks vs skim has maybe 10 more per serving, not much more. But besides that, fat doesnt matter as far as losing weight. Calorie counting is the best way to lose weight, and maintain it (other than eating healthy, that's the best). You don't deprive yourself and your stomach shrinks internally.
I always wondered why people would tell you to keep eating on a diet. You explained it so well, it makes so much sense! I don't think I need to lose weight, but I want to get healthier and stronger. I'm gonna try this, and I won't give up! Thanks Shay!!! :) :) :)
Keep it up Shay, i feel so crappy about myself, i stopped going swimming and i put some weight back on :( i went on wednesday and i was in for 2 hours and yesterday i was still aching and i'm not feeling that healed up again today, i have a problem with my body i dunno why but it wont respond to an hour workout it's got to be 2 hours or i wont loose anything at all i will just put it back on. Yesterday i ate mostly healthy except for mushy peas and chips my dad give me... he does not help :(.

I have done it for 2 days now I am still eating meals as my normal meals are fine but I snack sooo much. I hate not eaten chocolate or unhealthy food in a few days and I bought lot's of healthy food to make up for it and it seems to work if i eat a lot of healthy food.
Funny, the body will start eating the muscles if there's no fat on it, not before. Also you have to realize that you have to eat a certain number of calories for day, eating 3 lbs. of fruit won't make you loose weight. I started a diet today, i have to eat 5 portions of food a day, i'll see results in a month, and fortunately i don't cheat, im strong enough to not doing that

Just a random tip for everyone though. Did you know out fat consumption is decreasing, however the obesity in this country is increasing? We're more aware of our food, but we still are stuck in our offices/homes when we should be outside enjoying the park.

I have done it for 2 days now I am still eating meals as my normal meals are fine but I snack sooo much. I hate not eaten chocolate or unhealthy food in a few days and I bought lot's of healthy food to make up for it and it seems to work if i eat a lot of healthy food.

Funny, the body will start eating the muscles if there's no fat on it, not before. Also you have to realize that you have to eat a certain number of calories for day, eating 3 lbs. of fruit won't make you loose weight. I started a diet today, i have to eat 5 portions of food a day, i'll see results in a month, and fortunately i don't cheat, im strong enough to not doing that

shay just do cardio, and have 2 square meals a day, brunch and dinner, don't over eat but eat until your full, and don't have snacks, believe me you'll eventually get used to this diet, i went from 210 pounds to 160! :)
