I like how they've introduced romance to DMC. It makes it more personal. Obviously it's always been personal with Vergil being Dante's brother and Trish being a copy of Dante's mum (yeah, DMC2 failed in that department, as well as other departments), and it's personal to Dante because he's trying to protect his brother's legacy from being tainted in this one, but I like the way Nero is fighting for someone he loves and would die to protect her. :) Adds a bit of a twist to the story line.

I was a little surprised at how much cinamatics played a part in this game though, but then again thats most JRPG's for you.

(part2) i mean come on, the guy jumped of a building like what, 500 feet, give or take (or at least that was what they where trying to make it seem like) and he lands with nothing, and just walks like nothing happen. kick ass. now most people like the party Dante instead, so i thought why not try this: Keep serious kickass Dante, and give a sidekick who's shocked by everything he does, does nothing and watches from far away. i don't like the idea much, but it adds a little humor.

Dante's gameplay is insane if u play it right, i just missed the long combos and the verity of weapons. also about the music, the music is fine and isn't so horrible, its kinda fitting, i just reli enjoyed DMC 3's music. And of all i miss how Dante was in the anime and DMC 2, u know? we have seen a kick ass party crazy Dante 3 times, but we've only seen the super kick ass super serious, doesn't give a fuck Dante only twice.

hey u know how u said u where stuck in Dante must die mode, here's what u got to do. in all battle, u MUST be in DT, try to conserve it, for example if there's one enemy left and has no life left, turn the DT off, if u run out of it in the middle of the fight, keep slashing away til u regain it and automaticly turn it on!
