I love this song. And I love this video.

Great use of footage from the PS3 "remake" that we all hoped for, but was never, ever, going to happen. Even after it was debunked, I kept hoping it would be a surprise package deal for anyone who bought a PS3. I knew better, but I always hoped. I still hope they remake it one day. I'd like to see voice actors and updated graphics for Final Fantasy's VII and VIII. My two favorite games for PS1... I still have them. That's how much I love them.

-This song was made popular in the 1998 film "City of Angels". And you can bet that it was a really sad movie!

-Actually, the "angel" reference in FFVII was for Sephiroth (Who did not murder Aerith physically,by the way). Sephiroth´s theme (and the music for the last battle) was called "One Winged Angel". There are several additions to this idea in FFVII´s spinoff "Crisis core".

It was love at first sight for both of them, I think and u know how Aerith came to be known as the 'flower girl' so famously? It was Zack who gave the idea to sell flowers in Midgar. They had such a fun time making a flower wagon together just before Zack had to leave for Nibelheim and never had a chance to seeAerith for the last time T_T. Before he left though....

Aeris was killed by Sephiroth (or, if you want to be exact, a piece of Jenova that took Sephiroth's form controlled by Sephiroth, so it was Sephiroth either way you look at it). Geostigma debuted in Advent Children, the movie sequel. Aeris was dead before that.
