  • its the same thing on 125?? plz reply ..

  • I wanna try stunting on a dirt bike first haha cheaper to fix when I crash xD

  • will slipping the clutch fuck up the bike in anyway?

  • can anyone explane me with words, how can you do a wheelie , my english is a shit sorry

  • Done my first ever wheelie yesterday on my daytona 675r, was only gonna do a little one, next thing all I could see was sky. I just did the 1st gear full throttle technique then came off throttle when I thought I was gonna land on my head.

  • my 600, it flip down low and then my back is breaked in hurt, so my advice to dudes yhough is dont doing it

  • my cbr 600 will, but im 120 lbs :)

  • Good stuff man. God only knows how many lives you have saved

  • John travolta?

  • There are (3) kinds of rider ones that stay-up,lay-up,an pay-up!

  • cant powert wheely a 33bhp restricted bike...

  • @DarXydeGuitar Haha I have the same problem, 40bhp, cant power wheelie. But soon I can ;)

  • Bla Bla Bla....... BS........Look here for the truth ont wheelie.

  • This guy is a nigger.

  • I love this guy too

  • I love this guy

  • My Busa can weelie in first, second, third and forth if i really give it some :)

  • If u own a zx7r and can wheelie u could possibly be jesus

  • Perfect thanks man. I am able to pull wheelies no problem now and holding them. I will now need to learn how to do wheelies at a slower pace and turn in them as well. So far im a little hesitant but will continue crashing until i get it right lol. Again thanks.

  • now how do you wheelie a 250r?

  • @AlexanderClarks what 250r you got?

  • 2:55 If you're on it, it's up. lol

  • Nice vid.. keep em comming.

  • Luv this clip, my CBR 600f now luvs sitting up, the guy in the clip knows his stuff and puts it over in a clear and concise way, especially the rear brake. When you're practicing keep your' right foot over the brake and if you overcook it then bale by rear braking but only if you're sure coz you could blow the fork seals!!!

  • im watching this in 2011 and this is very helpfull :)

  • Huh... so... use the rear break to tune the wheelie? What about the throttle? I thought that was used to tune the wheelie... (Im quite new to riding a bike and im not doing wheelies yet... =P )

  • Idiot ! They designed it with TWO wheels for a reason. You want to ride on one wheel, buy a unicycle.

  • @7961640 then why dont you go out and buy a unicycle then you clown, gtfo lol

  • Look I'm dead for listening to you.. I shouldn't have taken your advise

  • i have that bike in blue its a mental 600 power wheelies in second! and first of course ;)

  • anyone know what i'm doing wrong?i have a suzuki 1992 gsx 600 fn and have it in 1st at about 5to6 rpms and acts like it doesn't even wanna get off the ground

  • @hollenbeckjosh1 to front heavy?

  • there's no way your bike "wont" pop up in first gear. you're sitting on well over 100 horse power, and unless youre quite large under 600 lbs. You're just scared to crack the throttle. Just man up and crack it, as quick as your bike it, youre reaction time is faster, and the first time it jumps youre going to chop throttle and come back down anyways. which is why its good to start in 1st and low speed, I still panic and chop throttle occasionally which is why I havent moved on to clutch wheelies

  • @anklepick1987 true!!!!! my gsxr has a jacked up rear end and it only just pops up ha. even though doing it is meant to keep the front down

  • i bet it doesnt work with a MH Rx50 >.<

  • @SuperRyMac yeah lol, just rag it like fuck from standstill and pull up haha

  • I LOVE this video game!

  • 1st gear mid revs hit clutch (lifts front) feed throttle and ur away...

  • You had modifications to your bike! How did yo get it to come up in 1st gear w/o popping the clutch?

  • Can you do a roll on power wheelie in first gear on a busa '03? Or is it just too dangerous??

  • Love it learned alot

  • I dunno about anyone else but neither of the bikes I've had (CBR600 and GSXR750) will wheelie like that just from opening the throttle in first gear...

  • @CjwDnB then you need to loose some weight, i have a zx7r and it will power wheelie in 1st

  • @rockybrewer lol I weigh about 11 stone... I don't think my weight is the issue. Maybe you didn't understand my comment correctly - I wasn't saying that if I rag it in 1st gear the wheel wont come off the floor at all, I was saying that it comes up nothing like as high or as easily as it does in this video

  • @CjwDnB my 2000 750 GSX-R would not wheelie would not come up with just gas until I altered the Sprocket Ratio. -1 +3 Then the bike had so much power low end. With the stock sprockets the bike has more Top speed and less Acceleration.

  • @CjwDnB hey i have a cbr 600 f4i and i get the wheel up to the balance point just by first gear power wheelie. you probably don't give it enough gas

  • @CjwDnB my cbr600 will... i changed my gearing tho

  • @CjwDnB well errr.... my 05 r6 does^^ just make your arms long and roll on the throttle.

  • @CjwDnB give it more throttle.

  • @CjwDnB Thats cause ninja is king!!!!

  • @CjwDnB You can at high rpm

  • @CjwDnB I have a 03 zx636r same as the one in the vid and if you lean back a little in first i lifts just like the video. I had a 97 zx6r about5 years ago when I first saw this video but that wouldnt lift

  • @CjwDnB my zx6r 2002 never used to then i got a bigger rear sprocket and now it does but needs more gas than he used

  • @CjwDnB ur suspension was probably stiff

  • @CjwDnB

I have the same bikes! Currently on the GSXR, front only comes up when redlining in 1st and shifting into 2nd, and even then not so much. The gears are made tall on purpose to keep ur front end down.

  • @CjwDnB Then you sir are doing something incredibly wrong. My 2007 Bandit 650 will throttle wheelie without any problems at all. My RD350LC would also power wheelie under power with no effort. On my bandit all I have to do is crack the throttle anywhere above 5k rpms and the front end comes up no problems. If your Gixxer 750 wont do that then its your fault as a rider not the bikes.

  • Would love to see this video remade in HD with clearer sound, but overall, i can't wait to get started.

  • Chuck norris does that without wheels

  • Great lessons.

  • That got the adrenaline going just watching it!

  • would you add subtitles? Please ........

  • Intro to wheelies. He's wearing a backpack...?

  • No mention of building up until you find your point of balance? Most important part of doing long wheelies....

  • youtube.com/watch?v=f0Ke63fnWjc - This 10-year-old Kid Does A Killer Wheelie In Buggy At Glamis Sand Dunes

  • i wonder if my 1982 gs1100 can do this?

  • gona try this on my new cb1000r tmrw on the way to work. when ever i wheelie most time it dont go too high or it's jsut a power wheelie i ana learn how to ride the wheelie and controll it.

  • Having said that...

  • what kind of bike is that?

  • @potatoelover95 Zx-6r

  • you didnt exactly explain the slip of the clutch

  • how do you set er down lightly? wouldnt the forks get ruined?

  • @ReconNineSCII if u dont settle it down slowly u pop the seels =( just roll off the throttle slowly. remeber safe area practise.

  • when shifting, wouldnt not using the clutch rip 'er apart?

  • this really works, but im too pussy to give enought gas

  • @IsmaelAdame

    Its ok, I am, too.

  • Thats all slipping the clutch involves he says… next lesson, how to build a rocket =]

  • whats in the book bag??a first aid kid!!

  • There is no way i can do power wheelie with my RG150 (sigh)

  • thnx a lot!!!!!!!!!!!! great introduction!!!! have to try it right now.

    good job guys

  • Is this on a 1000cc? Can you do this on a 600cc? I ride a hurricane 600 and really want to try this.

  • next in the series: how to get rid of ass burns

  • @88hondaHurricane600 I never done this before but i have watched people do them on 600cc bikes on youtube so i guess you can

  • When you switch gears from 2nd to 3rd while riding the wheelie do you let all the way off the gas?

  • all remember when you wanna to be in the ground again hit the back brake

  • iv got the exactly the same ninja destickered

  • i tried the power whellie and i can't lift the front wheel on my gsxr 600 and i tried about 20 times allready, i eaven managed to do a drift but no wheelie :|

  • @Zaiatz same /:

  • I got an 82 650 Suzuki, it'll lift off the ground no problem...and it weighs over 500lbs.

  • @94SexyStang Dude, I learned on an '82 GS650! Older than I was, but such good memories...

  • TELL THEM TO COVER THE REAR BREAK AND STAY OUT OF FIRST GEAR.......

  • also, i find it easier to slip the clutch if you stand, with your weight kinda back

  • alright well first off i have a dual sport, should i be looking at how to wheelie motorcycles or dirt bikes, and second my bike is 200, i can do clutch wheelies, but should i try to do more power ones till im comfortable, or does my bike not have enough power since its only 200?

  • Using the throttle did not work for me. What I recommend is using the clutch. Hold the clutch in, build the right amount of power (RPMs), then release. Start small (less power), but DO NOT ever give too much power or else your back wheel could skid out.

  • @Samcomply you using a 250? cuz i've rolled my throttle as hard as i can on my ninja and my wheel has never come up. that's what i get for buying a lawnmower engine with sexy fairings though lol

  • @AlchemyOfHate remember that some bikes just cant powerwheelie due to the design. Most bikes today are designed to stay on the ground =). That is unless you have a 1000.

  • @AlchemyOfHate Lol no. 600.Try this: The bike should be traveling at a decent speed (about 20mph+), 1st gear, clutch in, open throttle (start small), clutch out, a response from the bike should occur: if there's not enough power, you might do a small burnout, or simply be pushed (like the push feeling from turbo). Practice, but don't go crazy and give too much power right away. It takes time to figure out how much power .

  • @Samcomply alright cool, thanks man. going to have to try that out.

  • Hey what rpms do you usually have your bike in when doing a power wheelie? Ive been hitting my head against the wall trying to figure this out but no luck so far. I have a 09 zx-6r and so far with either version all i have been able to do is lurch forward! Please help me out!!

  • Good demonstration, I will start at the bottom with my new CBR1000RR and do a little at a time. Thanks.

  • Song?

  • can't be stock sprockets

  • @sushisushifriedrice There is absolutely no way these are stock sprockets. And this video doesnt do the best job of teaching someone how to wheelie. Dont know if its been mentioned but watch downshift83s tutorial on wheelies. Makes more sense imo.

  • @valentinesbike why don't you believe these are not stock sprockets. a bike as a 636 ninja has power enough for a powerwheelie in first gear. And with the clutch it's no big deal at all. I think it's a good movie to study it and give it a practice.

  • Omg after this video, my fazer is emptyy the whole time 0.o

  • My cbr600rr will wheelie all day with ease

  • Opps, forgot to let you guys know that this does work!

  • I have a Honda CBR600F from 1992 or 1996 i dunno actually LOL.. is it possible to make a wheelie with that? or you need a 1000cc?

  • @FinestFighters dude my crf 100 dirt bike does wheelies.... even with my dad 250 pound man

  • @FinestFighters You should be able too, i can do it with my 600 cc bike, try it in second gear though cuz its less dangerous and theres more power

  • @Pductions

cool but what speed do you need to be driven?

  • @FinestFighters It all depends. Go into 2nd drive and get the rpms going, then let off the throttle and then bring it back on quickly, and you should go up

  • nice tips man :)

  • what kind of bike is this filmed on?

  • @2012Spahn 2003-2004 Kawasaki Ninja ZX6R ;)

  • john trovolta does wheelies?

  • i will try it tomorrow on my CBR 600rr

    yesterday i try to wheelie

i push the clutch and i drop while i'm on the 1st gear

but too bad cause the bike keep running left and right :(

i need to know if i can drop the cluch on the second gear ^^ because i had a wheelie without droping the cluch

    Thanks ^^

  • Im shut it off now until i get the 1st part downpacked this weekend...Im riding a yamaha yzf600r so lets see how this goes. Then im come check the rest of the video

  • @SYNCEREINC Hi. I got a yamaha yzf 600 too, how are you doing whit wheelie ? and how are you doing ?

  • @RasmusZachhau

Im doing good. I couldnt get it to lift up too good maybe i needed to change the sprockets. but i blew my back bearings out so i sold the bike. got me alil explorer now so riding season almost over. But my friend has a f4i and that thing is so light hopefully ill try practicing again

  • i dont thinki it will be that easy on a 78cc supermotard bike..or is it??anyone?

  • what if my front wheel won't come up by itself... I only got a 600cc naked bike.

  • @Timbaa87 It will come up. what u have to do is find ur sweet spot. rev it out in first gear to mabee around 7 or 8 rpm and let off the gas to bring the suspension down then hit the throttle.

  • @bigfuzzballs Allright, but do you like, physically pull your steer up? Or should just the power be enough?

  • @Timbaa87 power should be enough. thats the first step on how to wheelie is just cing how and were ur bikes power is at. once u can start lifting the front wheel off with just throttle then move on to poping the clutch a lil. but dont attempt using the clutch untill u learn the first step. btw never pull up on ur handle bars because u take chances of turning the front wheel which can make the bike land akward.

  • @bigfuzzballs Ok thanks for your pointers :)

  • silly question do u think i beable to do this on a 125?

  • @CookedIce yes

  • 155 people couldn't pop wheelies

  • hey whats the name of the song that plays throughout the video?

  • This is how to learn on a liter bike. A 600 cc doesnt have the power. I still say ppl should learn clutch wheelie first. Thats how iI did my first wheelie. I tried throttle wheeli on my 600 and danm near lost it. Beginners...clutch wheelie, trust me!

  • Is it possible to learn to do power wheelies on a 250cc bikes, for example a Honda Cbr250rr?

  • @zakiyezdery go try =) but i imagine so, yes

  • @MrKnaberaps I tried it and it works pretty well maybe not as well as a 600 or 1000cc bike but it worked and slipping the clutch works aswell. thanks

  • @zakiyezdery id prefer s kawasaki because of torque burst, but the Honda is good too, more like a slipping the clutch since 250cc doesn''t always have power to roll on.

  • @zakiyezdery lol no.. get a real bike

  • Save your self some time...... go on craigslist buy my XR100 wheelie down the road a few times get on ur bike grow a pair and do it.

  • Ur going to kill someone dude.. lol.. Why not let them know that if u get a little too much front action, that the rear brake (lightly) touched will help bring the unit down? Nice video though!!

  • @GreenMan82 You said it at the end, I stand mistaken..

  • Comment removed

  • can we do these in a 250cc guys?

  • 153 people will never watch this video again RIP xD

  • @thomasgrab

    no sense

  • @thomasgrab 159

  • cant wait to try this tomorow! God have mercy on my R6

  • @WBHproductions success?

  • @hulluhomer2 havent tried it yet man, i was going too but its been raining since i watched this video

  • @WBHproductions good luck then

  • @WBHproductions did you manage to do it? :D

  • @wkmatsumoto thats my other account, and just riding in first didnt do anything. I had to get the rpms up a little then let go of the throttle then bring it back on. and that did it, but it was a really small one

  • 153 fell after this tutorial.

  • I couldn't wheelie my BMX and I sure aint gonna try on my ZX9!

  • 151 people spent their hard earned money fixing their bike after watching this video!

  • 151 people dont have a motorbike!

  • How many of you tried to skip to the 5th step

  • start small.... so very true...... good words.....

now lets go out there and do some wheelies......

  • is it harder on a 125 to lift it?and also my bike still in the wear in period so i dont realy wana be reving it to high?

  • too much too soon meens you get hurt

  • The best part is 6:14 cuz after all, wheelies are bout being "happy and relaxed" :P haha! This guys is good stuff!

It's scary to learn wheelies on a 1000cc. I'm practicing on a ZX-10R and I'm probably going to flip it over if I ride beyond my skill level, like trying to pull it up all the way until a few months when I can bring it up more and more and know for sure how it feels at every step. I brought it up high and got freaked out so I cut the throttle and came down on my nuttz! haha ouch

  • @drewsiferdrew , very true, I'm practicing on a 1000cc cbr, it lifts with just a flick of the wrist but slower than a clutch up wheelie but I haven't got the fear of flipping over out of my system!

  • Comment removed

  • thanks man really appreciate u posting this vid was a big help.

  • This is by far the worse Wheelie video ever made for the novice. 1 you need a small bike..not a powerful crotch rocket for instance a buell blast..it's light small and will balance easy. 2 learn how to pop clutch in slow wheelie for very first step to learn your slow balance point..and lean forward keeping your body forward..then go from there..this guy is just showing off this is not for novice and is no teacher...

  • word of advise for people trying this....DONT.,,i just wrote my bike of thanks to this asshole...

  • @ashleyrabbitguy U suck then dont mean other people cant do it better!!!

  • power wheelie suckssss

  • dude, that was very helpfull thanks <3

  • 02 1200 bandit and your video has been a great help and as far as the back break goes if you don't know it's your friend u shouldn't be riding

  • Iv owned a few bikes but no stunt bike I just bought a 02 q

  • That's is a great video it is the most detailed wheelie video I found on YouTube

  • you never mentioned what to do with the clutch.... you never talked about safety like covering the rear brake (especially for 1st timers) someone is going to take your advice and hurt themselves and they bike because you guys are forgetting essential fundamentals like SAFETY!!!!!

  • 148 people dont know where the rear brake is. :)

  • How I been trying on my zx7 n can't even get the front wheel up

  • @MghOstB me too like how did you master it?

  • @MghOstB

You need to change your small springs to lighter ones, will give you better acceleration.

  • can u wheelie a bike thats lowered to inches
