Drop a bleach resv. in it and take the tubes from the windshield wipers Now BLEACH Resv. to the back tires and pump it, hit the switch..get the smoke and save your tires..
Ahhhh Torinos, and 70s muscle in general...handled like drunken hobos on heroin...yet as a Brit myself we lack V8s, i still want one, my childhood dream, nothing looks better. Sadly we live in a world today of Toyota Prius, Coke Zero and half-fat milk. I blame the hippys myself, and the only thing that looks good on hippys is fire.
What is amazing was that during the show, the actor Starsky (Paul Michael Glaser) admitted he HATED this car, and thought it was all wrong for the show, and he constantly tried to wreck it on the set
for fucks sake ford, stop fabricating these crappy 4cc 1.0LITER cars for brazil. I CANT TAKE IT ANYMORE. At least Chevy sells the new Camaro but you guys fucking suck nowadays !
@VercettiVice What is the name of "these crappy 4cc 1.0 LITER cars" that Ford is forcing Brazilians to buy? 4cc is kind of small and I do not believe the conversion equates to 1.0 Liter. Are you merely a Chevy admirer and therefore you automatically hate Ford? I love muscle cars of every muscle car building country. . . . .Porsche, BMW, Audi, Ford, Chevrolet, Dodge, Holden. Are there any you can name that I have not already?
@racinghero3500, YoungRand, and USMCfosho; At the time, it had the OG 351M built up and running mid 14s...it now has a Roush 588 big-block and runs 11.50s in the quarter
I used to have a 1974 Ford Gran Torino. Yes, it was like driving a tank. Actually, if you've ever driven a speed boat, the feel of the steering is extremely similar. Still, it was SO MUCH fun to drive! I wish I still had it.
I have the same car only it's light brown and i did a burnout in my garage and my foot slipped of the brake pedal and i went through the garage door :(
i am extremely interested in buying one of these

In 1970, the Ford Torino was Motor Trend "Car of the Year"
From the November, 2009 issue: "
Forty years ago, buyers could choose from economical, six-cylinder-powered sedans to the dragstrip-ready 429 Super Cobra Jet fastback."

Original motor, 351M, did ok for what it was, ran 14.4s in the 1/4 mile.
Motor now replaced with a nice Roush 588 Crate motor.

Every burnout needs brakes, retard. Otherwise you're pulling a peel out, not a burnout.
