  • What do you call this style of guitar tuners? I want to look them up to see them in more detail but all I can find is the popular rotary ones on 99.999% of guitars out there.

  • @n0ukf Hi Elliott. It´s called a "Portuguese Guitar". The Portuguese guitar or Portuguese guitarra is a plucked string instrument with twelve steel strings, strung in six courses comprising two strings each. It has a distinctive tuning mechanism. It is most notably associated with Fado (portuguese music genre). This variation is called Guitolão, and there are only two in the whole world. The guitarist is called António Eustáquio, and is the only interpreter I know who plays the Guitolão.

  • @luisjaneiro The guitar tuners is called a "Leque" or "Chapa", where the 12 "Cravelhas" goes. (thanks to Miguel Gouveia)

  • I'm gonna ask what is the name of the guitar tuners because I don't know...

  • @n0ukf the name of the instrument is not Portuguese guitar like someone told you is the new Portuguese instrument called Guitolão its a Bigger portuguese guitar.
