You need to try Sturdyfloss, it is different from superfloss. the tip you can bend or use straight. It is so simple to floss your braces. The proxybrush is good but you are not getting the food and debris out betwenn your teeth.
Believe it or not, you eventually "learn" to eat and won't have much to clean out. Also super floss rules! How could you hate it? 45 mins. is way to long, eventually you will floss in the same amount of time as you did B4.

YES.
im on my third day and it still kills!
it is extremely painful, but the braces are worth it.
im 13 as well.
