  • at first of all the spelling is wrong, in second you don't look anyhow as a Russian and final your forms is sucks...

  • I think Cotter and Mahler would agree that you have some bad form dude, you will end up wrecking your shoulder broski!

  • te vas a lesionar levantando el kettlebell asi.

  • Здравствуйте))) А чего сам такой дохлый? +1000 тренируйся, дрищь)))

  • I am a pretty big fellow, how much of a weight do I start out with?

  • the difference between KB's and dumbells, the fulcrum of the weight and how the body responds to it. with dumbells the fulcrum is divided, with the KB the fulcrum is condensed to the center of the bell giving it that "this is heavier than 35 lbs" feeling.

  • dumbbells do work great with all the same exercises so you should be set! i do really love my heavy for me 24kg kb but would use dbs if that was what i had. kbs are fun to at least try out though.

  • I have dumbbells. Can I achieve similar results using dumbbells to do kettlebell exercises? Must I spend $90 for one kettlebell when I have a set of dumbbells?

  • I am STAGGERED by the low rating's

I mean. yeah the vid does not have much content, but if people would think a bit more actively , and would not expect this kind of information to be '' silver spoon fed'' into their minds , then they would research it. Kettlebell exercises Really are a key to REAL STRENGTH.

  • @Cherrypersonee

I have gotten so strong since using this. I started with a 35lb. I will move up to a 53 lb soon.

  • I heard that kettlebells are a Scottish invention

  • Käse

  • hey, are u wearing usn sweats? :)

  • People Commrades Gireveks...please read the info..this was almost 4 years ago...I was vastly out of shape and had poor form..I appreciate your astute assessments of what I "need" to do..but please refrain. Da Spaseeba..

  • I love the concept of your video- however you must work on proper technique, comrade!

    Tension! Power breathing!

and yes, as Shaolos said, keep your back straight and also your elbow close to your body.

Not only will you prevent injury (rather than inviting it as your current technique does), but you will notice drastic increases in strength!

  • looking good mate keep up the good work

  • The clothing is too modern. Costume needed

  • Your technique is dangerously off. Maintaining a straight back and tension is key for the press. If this would be a push press your power would as well come from the legs and your back remain straight!

The way you are doing it you are setting yourself up for the destruction of your back once you go heavier or fore more reps.

Feel free to msg me about it.
