It's not. I'm a mediocre pianist at best but I can do this if I devoted a month or so to it. Although I'd say the actual training required to get one's fingers used to this would take at least a year or two. :(

I bought a Yamaha Keyboard for Synthesia

My keyboard has USB connector that came with a CD with drivers. You can put songs onto the keyboard but I use it for synthesia

nope u dont need a special keyboard , just a standard 88 (or even 64) key piano will do. Do you have one of those little tiny ones or something?

If your mean a regular computer typing keyboard then no, u cant play it, theres not enough keys. If you mean a lil synthesizer keyboard, then synthesia should detect it if u have the drivers installed.

Np :D Now you can see exactly what notes to press (even if you can read sheet music) or use this to help you get the right keys and continue with your version by ear. It also helps you get the right tempo.
