Floyd's test demands didn't change... he wanted the testing up to the date of the fight, in the first place, and all else came out of HIM and HIS TEAM trying to meet MANNY half way, who wanted the test scheduled, then wanted 24 days instead of 14 day cutoff... this isn't FM. And Manny fought Marg off that 2nd negotiation, Floyd after the 2nd breakdown said he wasn't worrying about Pacquiao and didn't care to be boxing anymore at the moment at all. Manny NEVER agreed on testing, never.
