@crabsnacks Im pretty sure I might have the same thing because in this game I have to close my eyes or cover them when Im in dark waters or in the open ocean. I also use to be very afraid of sharks so that has a little bit to do with it. Today I was playing this so i tried to be brave so i went into the open ocean and I saw killer whales and I thought they were sharks and I had a mini heart attack :S

I never liked diving in that area or the Antarctic. I think it has to do with my slight kenophobia. There's just too much empty water and it makes me think something will show up out of nowhere. x3

@Stroodlecutie44270 They'll keep them from attacking you for a certain period of time, which is pretty generous. There are three or four circling specific points in the area.

on endless ocean 2 do the animals actually attack you? like blood and everything

@kittycat35625 No the sharks just smack you with their tail but you have to use a stun thing to calm them down but no blood sadly :( each time you get whacked some air comes out your tank and when your completely out you have to return to the boat and start you dive again.

@IcePhase7 Hmmm. Its been a while since I've done that part. You need to get a sperm whale to move over there, but I don't remember how to do that. Maybe the whistle? Try that or head to gamefaqs.com for additional help.

Greenland Shark are actually quite agressive, or at least can be at times. Greenland Sharks have been caught with Carribu, Seal and even Polar Bear in their stomachs, and at least one researcher has observed Greenland Sharks snatching Carribu in a way similar to a crocodile. None have been known to attack humans, but that may be more because of the fact they live in such a remote area.

i really liked this place but it was annoying to me when i was holding onto my dolphin and the stupid greenland shark kept knocking me off of it! i eventually got past him but i had to stay on my dolphin so i wouldnt run out of air.

@8ghoster8 Yeah......I assume in an effort to limit the violence the sharks smack you randomly with their tails. This defies biological logic.

@phoenixkane1986 Also, I think they did that because it makes more sense that you would loose only "air" when smacked by a sharks tail as opposed to being chomped down on, especially with a shark the size of Thanatos.

@Wooboo It would be very annoying if you were killed every time a shark managed to attack you successfully! Its rather difficult to avoid them in this game when they're in large groups.
