hey it's really good that us young people are starting to play the accordion because it's not a popular instrument anymore. I'm 18 and I want to show everyone else who's my age that it's a cool instrument, so that's why I play it! Also, for my culture because I'm half mexican, half italian. I also played this song, La piedrera and it's one of my favorites. Great job playing, you're really good!

Piedrera, not piedreda. It refers to the now-gone neighborhood in San Antonio around the former Alamo Cement Company called La Piedrera-The Quarry.
