Man you have to do cardio then lift hard for this stuff to work, I did take the stak and the cuts and they work but you have to do cardio, just put mind over matter and then you should be fine.

With any preworkout it should be taken with 4oz max, just because you can shoot it back quick and just have plain water to wash it down, so if its a bad taste you dont have to bitch much and just enjoy the product for what it actually does.. not the taste. But i agree the orange isnt the greatest!
@Bassbuilding i tried out the rage "orange" it tasted like dick, and with the jack3d the only bad tasting one is tropical fruit. The rest of the flavours for jack3d are fine. imo
