You're not teasing the correct way... The proper way to do it actually is less damaging to your hair. The proper way is by only teasing the roots, and you still get the same or at least close to the same kind of volume.

ACTUALLY; She is rite about being to do your hair when its dirtier; -if you wash ur hair every single day yur not letting out the natural oils so it makes your hair more dull and less shiny [too much and it does look oily]& i completely understand kuz i like 2do my moms hair and she has thin hair and showers every day; so showd her i wuld recomed buying the oil you usually use to iron or blow dry yur hair & use it in the morning or sumthing to help give your hair that boost;

really, its called NOT GETTING YOUR HAIR WET ignorant boy, although 2 weeks is a while she said she is preserving her hair color...that sh i z is expensive....BUT this is exactly how i do my ponyhawk, mine is inspired by Gwen Stefani so I do it a bit different and I have thick hair, (wash that about once a week depending b/c its curly but I always straighten it and that creates damage, hence the weekly wash(daily showers) so I use a clip to do the front then section off the sides & tease those
