  • It also played On the last mission of Mobile Suit Gundam Journey To Jaburo (PS2)

  • this and JAM ver are epicness

  • lol, I downloaded an MP3 of this and it was 3,666 KB

  • so wait, does this song ever play during the 0079 series? I don't think I ever heard it until I played Federation vs Zeon

  • @EATSFALCONPUNCH

I don't think it plays in the TV series, but I think they use it in the movies of the original series.

To be honest, I've encountered it far more at Karaoke. And trust me, this song is fucking incredible to sing at karaoke. :)

    ONE MORE TIME!

  • @Karmoon7

I see! haha really? that's awesome!! it would be so fun to sing I imagine!

  • @EATSFALCONPUNCH

If you ever have the chance to go to Japan, do it!

The places I went, the videos were various extracts from the original series.

It kind of ended with Char giving a salute, which seemed fitting to end such a heroic song.

    SIEG, ZION!!

  • @Karmoon7

hahaha that's so cool! I will definitely do that! heil Zeon!

  • @EATSFALCONPUNCH ZOMG! Federation vs Zeon was awesome... thanks for reminding me of it ;')

  • @VillainousOperative

    No problem!!

  • Cheeriest song about death, destruction, and war ever.

  • happiest song about war ever

  • Pure Awesome. The beginning is slow, just like the beginning of the second movie. It then intensifies, just as the sorrows and battles did for Amuro and the White Base crew. For a moment, the song quiets down again, just as there was a moment's reprieve in Jaburo. Then the song climaxes just like the final battle between Amuro and Char. It then slowly, and delicately, finishes as the White Base heads for the new battleground of space, as soldiers of sorrow. This song is pure awesome.

  • Pure awesome. This song is pure awesome.

  • Where did this song come from?

  • @dhathor It was the credits for the second Gundam Compilation movie.

  • Awesome song, reminds me of the good old days listening to this while playing Federation vs Zeon on PS2 :D

  • @rhawaiian13 That and Journey to Jaburo.

  • Very good song, but did Joe Hisaishi do some of this theme song's Arrangement?

  • A PERFECT song for the 30th anniversary video.

  • my fav song i like it

  • 1:38 - 2:03 = Reminds me of Freebird

  • Gackt's version is gay

  • Almost done memorizing the song :D

  • anyone else notice that chars looks like a nazi/german helmet?

  • been looking for this song for a long time

  • I think I remember hating this song when playing Journey to Jaburo because Char kept killing me with his Red Comet Z'Gok. They played this song every time, and I died a lot. But then that was something like ten years ago?

  • singer of this song has killed himself... he had a problem with his eyes....

  • @Jonnypinny Are you sure? I'm finding some conflicting information. One Daisuke Inoue (Actor) Born Sept 13, 1941 commit suicide. Another Daisuke Inoue (Inventor of the Karaoke Machine/Winner of Nobel Peace Prize) Born May 10, 1940 is still alive I believe. But like I said, I'm not sure; that's just what I'm finding.

  • @PFCBlank there arent alot of info on english sites but "inoue daisuke" commited a suicide coz of his body condition

  • This theme was more than enough for me to board my Gouf and whip some GMs with the Heat Rod alongside Char in Fed vs Zeon. Good times.

  • @metalxmustang Indeed. ^_^

  • I loved hearing this song in the journey to jaburo game.

  • when i heard this song for the 1st time in SRT A, i thought it a Kiddie song for children, that's why i didn't RX-78-2 first, but when i heard it in original and watching the trilogy,,,,,, now this song and rx78-2 are my favorites........

  • Thanks for posting this. very nostalgic!

  • @TheOrkutGuy amen my brother amen...

  • memories

  • makes u feel happy shooting down everything in war :D

  • Whenever I use RX-78 Gundam in SRW Advance I always crank up the volume on my Game Boy just for this song.

  • 1st heard this in journey to jaburo on the ps2 but was that a remix or was it the original?

  • The first time I heard this (gundam vs Zeta Gundam) I officially fell in love with U.C.

  • Yeah makes the battle feel better with this song playing doesn't it.

  • @GundamSaviour

YEEEEEAA! I would replay missions with this song, owning them up with mah RX-78 / Zeta. :3

  • 0:27

do anyone knows what tha phrase means?

  • Much better than Gackt's version, if you ask me.

  • yes original always the best =]

  • @JoeChill

Personally, I think they're both great.

  • I agree!

  • @JoeChill It's the original. Is it so surprising that it would be better? :P

    That aside, this reminds me so much of playing on Jaburo in Federation VS Zeon. Wish my disc and PS2 were still working. ;_;

  • Sad song...I really love it

  • love this song

  • Glad you like it.

  • This is on my top 10 Gundam songs list :3 but it's tied with Gackt's version.
