  • I have a technical question. So you want to bring the chocolate down to 84 degrees - what kind of window of time do you have to dip the fruits or other foods as it cools more? I assume, if left in the bowl, the whole bowl will set up eventually?

  • @puzzlemaker77 humm i'm assuming if it isnt under a double boiler or anything hot and warm under it it will set up so in that time you got i think about 5mins? if its on top of something i'd say about 10-15mins, rough guess. :3
