I've know Johnathan Ryan for almost 15 years. He is definitely not a criminal. He has always been a law abiding citizen. It's a shame that New York is prosecuting Johnathan. I hope the NRA gets very active in his case and provides legal support for Mr. Ryan. Further, Mr. Ryan's 2nd Amendment Rights have been violated.
Can the client, Jon Ryan sue Bloomberg for character defamation? If this cat gets convicted, he will lose out on future job opportunities, lose his right to vote, won't be able to legally own a gun to protect himself and family in the future....
