  • That BRAVO! sign seems to be mocking me lol >_>

  • the street is the beging of all profecional driver back in the 1950,60,70, ect

  • I laughed as soon as I saw the BRAVO!

  • Some heavy understeer there in the chase car but not bad

  • the 7 coulda got a bit sideways, downhill drifting may not look pretty sometimes but it can get around some of those turns better. Plus it had so much body roll...

  • lol you crossed the center line a couple times there...

  • did that FC go off the road at the end when he shut off his lamps?

  • Comment removed

  • looks good....

  • Not bad for a beginner, a bit crazy though, you combined braking and turning a few times you could have lost it with massive understeer right into the rail. But I suppose you gotta start somewhere, much prefer to see ya driving in a non public road though...

  • Thanks, this for such a long time ago it makes me think back and say what the hell was I thinking!? Some of it was trail breaking but done completely wrong. I compete in SCCA and NASA these days. No more reckless driving =)

  • That's good hehe, I used to rally, but now I'm into drifting... :3 keeps my g/f much happier :P I'd like to do some SCCA stuff, but my car isn't set up for that at all. hehe

  • Bravo! LOL nonetheless, great driving =D

  • That driver is actually pretty good.

Hard to put in perspective how fast they are going around those bends and to maintain control with the back going out is pretty decent.

  • Haha, thanks man. But it was a pretty bad line even though we were flying. But then again. I was young and had little track time under my belt.

  • MTF Learn to drive before trying to be "pilots" LOL

  • that driver sucks

  • not really. looked like he was doing alright. to even think about sliding around on a road like that you have to be a good driver (and it wasn't sloppy, just bad lines).

  • Proper shame about the Bravo Logo, nice footage though :(

  • is that woodside? (ca-84?)

  • Rotary 4 life. Keep regular maint on it and they will last you a lifetime. Had a first gen 12a RBfull system. Holly 650. and street port. 200,000+ miles on motor and used as daily driver and scca. I wouldn't say that is too shabby. The only thing that put it down was the damn rust in the gas tank and clogged lines and no time to work on it.

  • Thanks bro, the car doesn't see the street anymore. Or rarely does now. Its my track car only now. Hahaha but i must say even though it was stupid back then to do such things. It was a learning experience.

Do you live in Cali? Will you be attending SevenStock?

  • i got a 96 dodge neon all n/a that ill put up against any rx-7 ps quarter miles are for pussys that dont know how to drive

  • sorry, i dont street race anymore, that was long ago and very stupid.

  • lol a neon, thats rich.

  • Neon=POS

  • shows how little you truley know about cars

  • I think my FC3S say otherwise my friend.

    Keep it sideways ;)

  • well if you know so much about cars then you would know that you can make anything fast and my neon POS as it may be is fast i did all the engine mods myself and there are only maybe a handful of cars where im from that will even keep up let alone beat it

  • 1 I could care less for your Piston engine. 2.Street racing is childish. and 3. You will never be around me to race me so does it really matter?. 4. Nothing fights like theses are a waste of time. This is going to be my last post on the subject if you feel you need to vent your rotary hatred on me then go ahead I will kindly be the bigger man and say nothing to you. Like I said Keep it sideways

    Peace

  • when did i ever say i hated rotary engines i have nothing against them other than ive never driven one and your right fights like these are childish and a waste of time however when someone bashes something of mine that ive worked so hard on i will defend it and about the keep it sideways you ever tried to drift a front wheel drive its a bitch

  • I know I said that last post was it but. You can't drift in FWD cars. I am not gonna argue with you. Drifts can ONLY be maintained in a RWD. AWD cars front wheels pull them out of the drift and can't maintain a long drift. Same thing happens with a FWD.

    Peace

  • hence the reason i said its a bitch when i wanna drift i take my truck out in the woods and do it where the only person i may hurt is myself the only thing i do like about fwd is the way you can rip out of e-brakes good fun in a big empty parking lot especially in the snow

  • +1 to that.

  • that's no true. obviously you don't know as much as you think. my friend had an evo and drifted it better then any of the guys with their sr'd 240's. i totally 100% agree with you on the front wheel drive part though.. no good at all.

  • There are two ways to drift a Evo. One is if you have bald tires and your grip is gone. Two you have disabled the FWD and made it a RWD car like they did in "Tokyo Drift". All if not most AWD cars maintain heavy grip when driving. The only time my friends Evo drifts is when it is off road. Last time I check Evo's/Subies were Rally cars not drift machines. They do drift like turns cause off road it is hard to establish grip so they slip and slide.

  • Rx7s last a life time if you know how to take care of them.

  • RX7s are great just they are hard to get ahold of unless a family member has one (in good condition) thats why so many steer clear of em. Rx7's have proven to be among the fastest (drag) but also the best handling cars out there. Besides who can resist a non riced out (like 3f3f style) FD 3?

  • HAHAh the car you see in the video, has been sitting for the past 1year in a garage... blah! fun cars too much money to keep them up. V_V

  • Pussy! Only pussies quit the rotary life, you need guts and love to keep an rx7 running. I have an FC that my dad bought a year before I was born, an 88, now is my daily driver, I would never give it up for a piston car. Besides, I've never driven a piston car haha.

  • Man thats how it is. I just bought my 85 Rx7. I love that car, i have is out side right now. She runs but she's having engine problems. Still I'm working my ass off so i could get the engine rebuild done. so yea you are right. it does take guts and love. Also hard as work. Thats why you need the guts and love. so you could continue with the hard work for the car. =>

  • both of you need to clean your lines up.. they are a lil sloppy.. and how fast are you goin like 60???

you should look into a thing called apex.. apex is your friend... but cool vid just a lil old... soo bravo!! lol jp

  • Haha thanks man. Apex is my friend now ^_^

  • Stick to auto-x before you hurt yourself or others.

  • Did you not read the description? This is from over 4 years ago. I dont go stupid street racing anymore. Only Track days and AutoX

  • I read it. Fun stuff to look back on, man.

  • Maybe you should read your own description. It says 2 years ago. And your hella slow! Who drives rx-7s!?! My automatic civic hatch will kill that thing!

    J\K! I can't wait for Mazda Fest! Zoom-Zoom!

  • What are you smoking?! No civic hatch auto can hang

with a rx7! Well maybe after youn get a 1.8 then after you get stomped, maybe you can slap a turbo on it then you could keep up., But you won't be able to turn with those shitty brakes and suspension so after all that said., Your civic will still suck after 10.000 dollars thrown into it, All I gotta do is turn up the boost

  • It was a joke cause Notaless's other car is a civic hatchback automatic. I sold Notaless my old Rx-7 which is the car he's driving in the video. I still drive and race rx-7 too.

  • Shut your mouth Bitch. Street racing is not stupid
