  • whats the name of the song? and where did you find it? i love the idea of cooking with solar energy and also the mix with the son was a nice surprise.

  • thats a badass soundtrack. LOL.

  • Dang ... if I lived closer to the equator I'd use the sun for everything possible ...

Now I live in a rainy part of Sweden haha ... oh, well! : )

  • wow.. cool.. need no GAS..

  • wear sunglass while cooking....or your eye will be demage when get old !!!!

  • that site wont show up,are these for sale? plz send me a reply.

    Thx

  • My mother lives in DaNang and so do my 2 sisters. How cold I buy these in VN and at what cost? I also would like to ask if you have solar solutions for lighting and such?

  • Very cool! How can I get my solar grill into a project like this one?

  • does anyone know how to keep the heat in a solaroven mine tops out @170 F or 80 C?

  • I use a 6 foot dish for boiling water. It is very important to wear strong sunglases or even gas welding goggles when working around these. The glare is bad for the eyes. So a dish should be only sold with a goggles incuded.

  • brillint!!! i like it

  • Now that is cooking when you can fry food. I used a box cooker and it needs sun for long times get clouds and you are wasting food with these cookers you have options cook fast or slow. I like to use the box cookers for rice or potato but really can't trust the weather with a chicken or steak hate to waist quality food like that.

  • Thank you for watching our video clips 'Cooking with the Sun in Vietnam' (1, 2 & 3) This is very encouraging for us.

  • For you to know: This solar cooking project is an initiative of Solar Serve with the assistance of the University of Danang. The aim is to provide teaching and training through workshops, home visits and group meetings to benefit poor families and support local handicapped workers in building solar cookers. This project is non-profitable and is operating since 2000.
