I fell in love with UK as a country, no I really did, I fell hard for him when I moved there three years ago. Therefore I just automatically liked Arthur when he was first introduced in APH, I think Hidekaz did a good job at characterising him. I really hate US x UK for personal reasons, but I just adore FrUK. France is a level above US in charisma, and Francis is just waaaaay more eccentric than Alfred, LOL.
