A couple of years ago a construction company which are responsible for all of the new council houses being built in Barton Hill gave to all residents a panflet about the new houses they will be building. They wanted to knock down this youth club and build houses and a small office complex on the grounds. Ofcourse residents didn't want that at all so I think they scrapped the plans.
I live near Barton Hill and its great!! Bristol has so much culture!!! Great City, I moved here from London a year ago and prefer it, people are much friendlier and im much happier!!
