I think this was staged, how was the video in the patients room to record her response of what was going on exactly at the right moment on the outside and who was recording with both cameras at the same time, that meant 2 individuals recording exactly when the fight was going on on the outside and inside at the same time, just like tv, every one was in there right places at the right time, what a laugh.

Funny but all of these reality shows are choreographed. that's why the camera work is so amazing.
A friend of my who produced the Keyshia Cole reality show tried filming in Oakland but the camera crew was too afraid of the crowd they were drawing so they took the same script out to Stockton and tried to pretend they were in Oakland at first. They take a baseline script and then are told to act ghetto.
People buy into this crap, sponsors give up the money, creators and writers get rich. LOL!
