Main Street in New York City is Chinatown in Queens. I couldn't help but think of a Chinese guy singing this to a karaoke machine as I walked down Main Street today.
tjhis is probably one of my most fav. songs ever. my daughter grew up on bob(she is now 27) and now my grandchildren are listening as well. bob will last forever
last night my gf's bro was listening to this song and my gf just started crying and i couldn't figure out why, when she finally stoped crying she told me that she missed her dad who died when she was 6, bob seger was his favorite singer. just to show how a really good song can bring back emotions right from the bottom of you... i love bob seger!
no it's not, he said he never got the courage to hit on her, the song's meant to help guys get over their fear of getting kicked in the balls by women, you're probly a woman ffs, that's why you tried to reword the the whole meaning of the fucking song completely, ya I know what goes on in yalls heads, yall get off on making men's life a living hell, it don't work on me bich, i don't need a woman I can see right through you biches, go to fucking hell
I remember one time when I was a teenager, I happened to strike up a conversation with a slightly older woman, about music, and I asked her who her favorite musician was---she replied "Oh...Bob Seger!" I was like who's Bob Seger?? She looked at me like I just stepped off the Starship Enterprise or something?? Little did I know that years later, I would hear this particular song, become so captivated by it, that I had to find out who performed it, and Lo and behold...Bob Seger! Ha.
