You made me teary because I get teary in my videos too when I think about how blessed my life is that I was able to get this surgery as my life saving tool... and I truly believe it has saved my life because I don't think it would have been very much longer before I would have been needing canes or a wheelchair as I was just getting to heavy..and then stroke...MI... who knows.. thanks for sharing! :o)
I know exactly what you mean. I actually ran up the stairs yesterday to get the phone. WOW! I used to get winded just walking them. The surgery is definately a life saver/lengthener. :)
I have a sneaky feeling we are the same age. I remember Elaine Powers! I'm still mad those jiggly machines don't work. My idea of exercise! So glad to hear your list and know I didn't miss any either. Isn't this surgery a blessing? And you are doing great. We are neck and neck down the scale. For the first time in over 20 years I actually think it's possible for me to be a "normal" wieght. Blows my mind. Always great to watch your videos.
wow Karen you do have a really good memory. I don't even want to start remembering all the money I've invested (or more like wasted) on my weight loss efforts *sigh*
You've come so far & you are really rockin' your tool!!! :o)
I can't imagine how much I must have spent all my life. It seems like I was always in a diet program. I didn't realize how many until I had to list them. And those were the ones I COULD remember.
Wow, talk about a trip down memory lane. I well remember going to my auntie's gym and straddling those rollers to shape my inner thighs and having that strap go round the back of my bum to jiggle fat away. I have done many of the things you've done and also some liquid diets that were grotesquely distasteful and made me want to throw up etc... Now, I am at peace (finally) with having bariatric surgery and look forward to crying tears of relief and joy like you. Thanks as always for sharing!!!
Isn't it amazing what we have done to lose weight. So happy they have perfected bariatric surgery. Just wish it would have been available 20 years ago where I would have felt comfortable having it done back then.
Wow, I am exhausted just watching the video of you sharing all you have done to battle your weight. I do believe most of us who have had weight loss surgery truly understand the tears you shed. This is NOT easy, life is hard and this tool makes the road just a little bit smoother. Sending you Love and (((HUGS))))
gosh i had forgotten some of those diets i did also. you have a great memory. the rollers..the ketosis..oh my. ive done them all too. im so glad you have a tool that you are pleased with. waves~~~

Isn't it amazing how many of these diets we've done. Some times I wonder if I had never dieted, if I'd be thinner now without the surgery. Ho hum.
