frankly i guess every one has to fight their battles whatever those battles are. for me, i would not have done what this man did. i am going to back off and discretion is the better part of valor. sometimes it is better to wait and act later when the time is right. the time now is not yet right. with things the way they are, there would no way i would ever write some note to a judge that he or she may construe as being threatening etc. now he in prison for 6 years. what purpose is this for?
My buddy, Burt, just renounced his U.S. Citizenship; check out some of my vids, How to Make a File a Fee Schedule for Protection Against Corporate Abuse; also, Are You in Jail by Your Own Consent....Peace, Ven
Their goal is to abolish national sovereignty of all nations. The tactics they use are immune to a well armed militia. They operate above the laws of the nations they destroy. When they do use the law, it is in a manner that abuses them.
We should not allow people that disreguard the Constitution to ever hold public office. We are putting people in places of authority that don't care about the future of America.
So true, just know that anytime you read anything about the EU, it's a lie. There is no EU, every country had to ratify it. Only Ireland was allowed to have it's people vote on it and they voted against it. If we enter into a north american union, it will trump our constitution.
From the outside (I'm from the UK) this looks like your legal system has been compromised by something even worse than fascism. When judges, the final arbiters, see themselves as protectors of authority rather than upholders of the laws of the state then you have lost your law and lost your democratic coonstraint of the state. Absolute power corrupts absolutely. God help you all.
This is why organizations are forming everywhere. Such as Jail4Judges, etc. Our judges are under the impression that they rule us, when in actuality they are our servants and only there to see that the laws are followed in courts, not to reinterpret those laws to obtain their goals.
This kind of draconian judicial tyranny is going on all over the country. I have been trying to wake the people up in Michigan where I live but to no avail. Even the Michigan Supreme Court evades the issue of being unconstitutional with their administrative orders. You can read about it on mcrcg. org under what's new at mcrcg
Rick Stanley and John Klar have my highest respect-hard to acquire. I have placed this Video on mcrcg, org
After viewing this video, I'm almost too afraid to write express my opinion online. I am aware that anything I say may be used against me in a court of law. If we had even one court that was a court of justice, I'd be happy to express my thoughts and feelings. These comments will never go away.
If there are so many informed people here, why don't I see them in everyday life? Mostly, all I see is sheer ignorance and stupidity. Reading THESE comments, you would think that half the people are awake, but in reality, it seems to be less than 3%. I don't know exactly what's going to happen with the country, but it doesn't look good right now.
WTF? Even as a lowly municipal cop, we were taught that telling someone you were going to pursue a legal action against them was not considered a threat; they had to mention a specific violent act to be considered a crime! This is totally unconstitutional!!!!!
We are already doomed, sorry. Also, perhaps these judges or anyone else in any authority position doesn't have the "power" but they "assume" the power as absolute. I mean, what will anyone do about it? What if a rogue cop slapped the shit out of you and did so with NO REASON. What would you do? Perhaps we all can keep pissin and moaning or walk up to such authority figure and beat the shit out of them. Who has the power then? I'd put my money on the dude with a ball bat over a fossil in a robe.
Forgive me, I dont understand your comment... well parts I do... I mean if we address the cop thing, assuming the situation is bad, cop is bad, I am innocent then he gets shot (I conceal carry). However what I didnt get was the doomed part, was that about Rick Stanley? or was it about the American public's future (ie: the freedom comment I had)?
I will reply once I am unconfused. (sorry, long day, its easy to do to me today I guess)
Actually, I see what your saying. I agree that folks think they do have absolute power, and in some positions it is possible. The cop might be able to get away with it, however I was addressing the president on the main issue... who has Congress, and the other issue is the judges that disregarded our Constitution to prosecute Rick Stanley. I think just the fact that John Klar made this video, we are discussing it, and that this will be in court tomorrow means the "power" wasnt absolute
My reference to "we are doomed" is that I believe that our 1st amendment, the 4th amendment and slowly our 2nd amendments are, or have already been erroded beyond repair other than a total cleansing of our present corrupt system. Once these 3 amendments are gone the rest of them won't matter much. I stand and applaude people like Mr. Stanley as his courage is that of a true patriot.
It is unfortunate that such an event has occurred however, as mentioned, this is happening everywhere.
We are not loosing rights, we have lost our rights. We cant pin this on any administration, this is all of them. This has gone on for a while, we let it. It needs to stop.
John Klar is a superb orator, someone standing up for a clear injustice. Just as we need him in the front leading the charge every one of us needs to support, reinforce and do everything we can to help.
It is wonderful that you folks are taking an interest and spreading Rick's story. He has stood up for all of us, so all of us should stand for him. This nation is being hijacked by a runaway federal government....
Please stay informed, and continue to pass the word....
What do you expect when most Americans do not even know their most basic constitutional rights?
"Today we need a nation of minute men; citizens who are not only prepared to take up arms, but citizens who regard the preservation of freedom as a basic purpose of their daily life and who are willing to consciously work and sacrifice for that freedom. The cause of liberty, the cause of American, cannot succeed with any lesser effort."
Although I liked Ron Paul he, like everyone, is not perfect
Even if a man were perfect no one man can fix this mess. It isnt possible from a position that has checks and balances to ensure no ultimate supremacy or dictatorship.
Even if you disagree on me about the power of the office, you have to agree that its negligent to put such an important thing on one person.
We need to stand up and take responsibility for our lives, WE let our freedom be taken away. WE need to change that.
I hope that Rick's attorney will exploit the context more fully to what Rick's speech was indicative: That to arrest him for something the Constitution gives him the legal right to do, should be reciprocated upon the authority that did the arrest. Rick has actual standing in the speech he used. In that context, the judges "belief" has no merit, especially have shown his violation of stare decisis.
Rick Stanley and John Klar are great Americans. Thank you to both of you for all you do in protecting the rights of all citizens. These judges need to be disbarred and removed from office. God Bless you both.
I will support Mr Stanley in his current struggle and will make it my objective to join forces to see that he is set free and treated fairly under his constitutional rights as a citizen.
This clear abuse of power by our officials will not be taken lightly by my reporting on this case
The main reason for the second amendment is to enforce the first amendment. I will alert everyone I can, any way I can. The un-American knuckle-draggers we have allowed to be in "charge" must be stopped. Thanks John!

I can relate...
That said there are many people risking allot more than say myself and I feel obligated to at least lend my public voice.
And although it seems painfully slow, more and more people are waking up and speaking out,be among the many.
Our governance needs a reminding now and then that THEY are being monitored by US.

Judges think they are gods.
How the mighty will fall.
I am never in favor of killing judges. It's serves no purpose to kill someone when they think they are right.
It's better to crush their system and everything they cast their lot with. In the end they look forward to death. That is better than killing them.
