frankly i guess every one has to fight their battles whatever those battles are. for me, i would not have done what this man did. i am going to back off and discretion is the better part of valor. sometimes it is better to wait and act later when the time is right. the time now is not yet right. with things the way they are, there would no way i would ever write some note to a judge that he or she may construe as being threatening etc. now he in prison for 6 years. what purpose is this for?

So true, just know that anytime you read anything about the EU, it's a lie. There is no EU, every country had to ratify it. Only Ireland was allowed to have it's people vote on it and they voted against it. If we enter into a north american union, it will trump our constitution.

This is why organizations are forming everywhere. Such as Jail4Judges, etc. Our judges are under the impression that they rule us, when in actuality they are our servants and only there to see that the laws are followed in courts, not to reinterpret those laws to obtain their goals.

After viewing this video, I'm almost too afraid to write express my opinion online. I am aware that anything I say may be used against me in a court of law. If we had even one court that was a court of justice, I'd be happy to express my thoughts and feelings. These comments will never go away.

I mean, what will anyone do about it? What if a rogue cop slapped the shit out of you and did so with NO REASON. What would you do? Forgive me, I dont understand your comment... well parts I do... I mean if we address the cop thing, assuming the situation is bad, cop is bad, I am innocent then he gets shot (I conceal carry). However what I didnt get was the doomed part, was that about Rick Stanley? or was it about the American public's future (ie: the freedom comment I had)?

Actually, I see what your saying. I agree that folks think they do have absolute power, and in some positions it is possible. The cop might be able to get away with it, however I was addressing the president on the main issue... who has Congress, and the other issue is the judges that disregarded our Constitution to prosecute Rick Stanley. I think just the fact that John Klar made this video, we are discussing it, and that this will be in court tomorrow means the "power" wasnt absolute

My reference to "we are doomed" is that I believe that our 1st amendment, the 4th amendment and slowly our 2nd amendments are, or have already been erroded beyond repair other than a total cleansing of our present corrupt system. Once these 3 amendments are gone the rest of them won't matter much. I stand and applaude people like Mr. Stanley as his courage is that of a true patriot.

It is unfortunate that such an event has occurred however, as mentioned, this is happening everywhere.

We are not loosing rights, we have lost our rights. We cant pin this on any administration, this is all of them. This has gone on for a while, we let it. It needs to stop.

John Klar is a superb orator, someone standing up for a clear injustice. Just as we need him in the front leading the charge every one of us needs to support, reinforce and do everything we can to help.

I hope that Rick's attorney will exploit the context more fully to what Rick's speech was indicative: That to arrest him for something the Constitution gives him the legal right to do, should be reciprocated upon the authority that did the arrest. Rick has actual standing in the speech he used. In that context, the judges "belief" has no merit, especially have shown his violation of stare decisis.

I will support Mr Stanley in his current struggle and will make it my objective to join forces to see that he is set free and treated fairly under his constitutional rights as a citizen.
