The Scarlet>Fire from 9/13/93 is quite possibly the best ever. Honestly i think '93 produced some terrific shows. I was on summer tour '92 and saw most of the west coast '93 shows and i preferred most of the '93 shows i saw.
I love 70's dead the most, but 91-94 is fast becoming another favorite little era for me.
@BogratShoestring 91-94 really? thats all good but not heard of that often as a great period. goes to show how personal our relationships with the band are.
@BogratShoestring Surely you must be kidding 9/13/93 best ever scarlet>fire? I could list 50 scarlet>fires better than that one but i won"t waste my time because it just has to be a misprint that someone would say a "93 scarlet>fire was the best ever.
you can see me from 0:01-0:06 running across the screen.(bright yellow shirt, long brown hair). We made it the front row and center. That was a great show to boot. Those were the days... thanks for posting
Interesting thing I've noticed over the years...the East Coast fans were way better about documenting their GD experiences. I'm guessing it's because those of us in California got to see them more often, I guess we sort of took them for granted. We rarely busted out our video cameras. It's amazing how much more footage there is of the East Coast shows circulating on the web vs. West Coast shows. Nice work guys. (Even if you do bend your baseball cap brims way too much).
Yeah, I messed up... at least I have all the ticket stubs. Remember the Louisville tickets were huge, and I think they played "dough knees" two nights in a row!
Thanks so much. Me and a buddy of mine are in the video running down the hill at the begining. New for 16 years we were on video somewhere because they showed these clips on jumbotron the night of the show. So great to finally see it. Thanks again.
hahhahahhaa look at those deadheads try to run, theyre all panting
