Alienware makes very good products, but their customer service sucks big time, I spent over $7k on a high end system from them and got the service contract, when one of the two video cards went bad they refused to fix the problem, and simply sent the system back with only one card, it would have cost them money to replace my system, I am disgusted with them for not standing behind their product.
