My point is that you see packs of cigs selling for 3 to 4 dollars, so thats 30 to 40 cents a cigarette. Per cigarette, that's ultra-cheap, partly because cigarettes are LEGAL. The sin tax on cigarettes is not that much, so it would be reasonable to assume there wouldn't be an oversized sin tax on pot either, if it were legal.
