  • @tackiee9 Yes its good - If you drink alkali juices - such as say a spinache, kale and cabbage - blend it with water and drink - it'll cleanse your system and get rid of a lot of health issues - and pimples is one of them

  • explained very well good to see videos like this ,folks we dont have have to be rocket scientist to keep and stay healthy matter of fact the scientist are the ones who experiment and make drugs to keep us unhealthy i been doing all these things and more and kept my blood pressure down diabetes away my weight is down form 290 to 240 i have more energy and feel alot better thanks for this video

  • Although tomatoes and citrus fruits are acidic they metabolise as alkaline in the body. Great juicing vid tyvm.

  • Thanks for the great video. Spread the word!!!! I am already a huge juicer......do heavy green juicing daily, parsley, kale, swiss chard, spinach, carrots, apples, beets and beet greens. Four years ago I was very very sick but completely repaired my health through juicing. I wish I could convince everyone to juice. The best part for me is that I have a huge organic garden and juicing fresh picked veggies is incredible. You can feel the power of fresh greens immediately!

  • These juices REALLY WORK! What also helps alot is pineapple for joint pain. Juice with the skin!

  • this guy seems intense but I think there is something to vegetable juice and supplements. I definitely can change how I feel with changing my diet and now I am cutting out coffee so this could be a good morning alternative.

  • Today I made a juice. Turnip ($0.10), persley ($0.10), two tomatoes ($0.60), kale ($1.00), beets ($0.15), and celery ($1.00). All that gave about two big glasses for appromixately $2.75.

  • I don't believe just alone juicing veggies can get rid of cancer. I knew two people in my life who passed away from cancer. 1 my mother, she was the biggest fan of eating veggies and juiceing every morning. 2 a friend of mine who was a vegetarian all her life passed away from pancreas cancer. I believe we should eat more veggies or juice them for the fact the body can get great energy and help strengthen immune system however getting rid of cancer...please your only misleading the public.

  • Totally agreed! I use a blender instead of a juicer though since I don't want to waste the valuable fiber.

    I feel better than ever! More energy during the day, no more acid reflux, I can even exercise properly now! And my allergies are way lower now compared to before.

  • Fruit is basically acidic. If you really want to juice for health you will lighten up on the fruit. It is good for you but fruit is acidic and spikes insulin levels. Again, it's not a foreign object, but veggies do not excite your sugar levels. The carrots he used make it sweet and they too raise insulin levels a little. Still it's better than High Fructose Corn Syrup.
