The cheese really adds a nice texture and taste to it. I have tried a few other berries however, I think the blackberries really did the trick. Great for you too! KtC
@anmoose I have prepared cheesecakes with blackberries before and it was really good. With this recipe here for the shake I thought I would try them (nice fresh ones here lately, from somewhere. Fresh as a plane ride I suppose). Strawberries will be good too as many types of berries. The cheese in there really adds a bit of creamy smothness I thought was terrific. A must try indeed Moosie. KtC
@SilverAphelion I woul dhave went with the cherry but they were not that nice at the store that day. I have tried the cherries mmmmmmm! cheers mate, KtC
@Texa41 Hi Susan! I love them too and they are really good for you. I saw them fresh the other day in the market and grabbed them for this recipe. Soon darling :) KtC
@bladez0rz23 An American invented sweet cracker made usually from graham flour. I think (if I recall) the wheatmill biscuit is what you are looking for down there. Just crush them up! (I see someone has comment also to you). cheers from Canada! KtC
@psychodelicdragon Yes certainly. Pretty much anything goes. If they are sweet skip the sugar part. The blackberries can have an edge so a bit of sugar was added. cheers! KtC
Wow, that looks fantastic! Just bought a bunch of blackberry's that were on sale and have a great dessert for them.

i like this idea :D
only edition i would make is leaving some of the graham crackers uncrushed for a bit of crunch while sipping on the cheesecake shake
snowblazer12 1 year ago
@snowblazer12 Yes, that is a good tip. Larger crumbs for the crunch. Thanks for sharing. KtC
