Guys. You know that feet are specialised for walking, right? And the knee is supposed to flex through a vertical plane facing forwards.
I think you have feet and knees thoroughly confused.
Knees should stay away from the ground, and not twist sideways.
Watch that.

how long are you in Sweden for? And we are open to BMX riders too btw, we just havent found any yet.
