Hi, we spear lion fish because they are an invasive species, they are not supposed to be hear (in the Atlantic ocean) they pose a real threat to many endemic species. We where collecting specimens from deep water to try to ascertain where they breed.

you guys are pretty brave to be diving out there on the banks, ive seen too many sharks out there and what they do to a wahoo i'd be way too scared
