The main problem I have with the game versions of 8472 ships is that their weapons have almost no sound.

This isn't to say other space MMOs aren't good, but any way you slice it, EVE is the deepest, most challenging, most rewarding, most engrossing space MMO you'll ever play. All on ONE server. Everyone playing together all the time. And it works like a charm. The EVE Online devs are serious about their product. Just donwnload the trial and you'll see.

Hi Streetssss, I took the Species 8472 ships out of the Trek Battles 2 mod...

So, unless you can do a bit of scripting, I'm afraid that you'll need the TB2 (TB3 now) mod.

I took out all the necessary files of the Trek Battles 2 Mod (M3D, Textures, Weapon ODFs, Ship ODFs etc.) and modified them to fit in Legacy.
