We just entered through the back door (Belgium). Then they hastily withdrew all their men from the Maginot Line to defend Paris. By the time we crossed the Rhine the Maginot Line wasn´t able to present any sort of serious resistance.
The French were stupid enough to believe that Belgium could defend its own territory. France should have continued to build the line at the border to Belgium and Nazi Germany would have had a hard time getting into France.

arts of the line did get attacked. Those parts did very well. I too have been in the line it was very cool.

But Belgium was neutral... who could thought that German would have invaded it?? French did really a great job.

the nazi troops just sourrended this line and it was useless to defend france
