People are not trying to be rude when they ask you if he's adopted. They are probably saying that because he doesn't look very much like you, racially speaking. At one time she thought her name was "Thats your baby ???!!! However, she has since come to terms with people's ( sometimes hurtful) outburst when she's in public. If I am blessed to conceive, I am sure that I will even get some weird looks too...my husband is south Asian and I'm African American..a rare union indeed!

He's clearly a bi-racial kid...so it's sort of obvious that he would look different. but Bi-racial kids don't have to be light-skinned or have curly hair. I've seen a bi-racial girl on tv that looked full black and a bi-racial boy that looked full white in my school. It can go either way.

When I was little I was real pale and when I would go out with a black family member they would think I was adopted. But now people still mistaken me for a latina which really pissed me off. I just want to say thank you to all that have watched and posted comments in this video. Most comments were pleasant There were a few that made me wonder way people are so mean. I want to let you know you are not alone. My daughter was born with blue eyes and blonde hair. Her hair has since darkened up, however she still has blue eyes and white skin. You son looks like you mine does not. So I do understand what you are saying

I'm sorry you have to edure something like that about a child you carried for nine months. When I was little I was real pale and when I would go out with a black family member they would think I was adopted. But now people still mistaken me for a latina which really pissed me off. Cause some hispanics actually come up to me in public places speak spanish.

Oh my goodness, I can relate. My husband is from Vietnam and whenever I visit the family's business, people are blown away. Our son looks just like his dad, the girl looks like my me. A friend of mine, who haven't seen me in 20 years, saw my son and was like "my wife and I want to adopt an asain baby too". I was like what the heck, that's my kid, I gave birth to him. LOL...I will not get into when the lady at the store argued with my that my contact lens were not ready because I wasn't Mrs.

I wish you didn't have to go through so much drama with others over your child or children. He's beautiful and a blessing. Why can't people just be happy about that?
It could be jealousy, you know? I'm not saying that all your family or friends who've said something to hurt you are jealous, but in many cases of beautiful children, racially mixed or not, people will say hurtful things out of jealousy.

In turkey, muslims are allowed to marry anyone from any race from any nationality and any religion, or to anyone who does not believe in God. We are still muslims. People know so few about muslims. You should look it up these kind of things by yourself or you might get wrong ideas.
