after i noticed my hair was dry n brittle i immediately did a hot oil treatment and rewashed again with my sulfate free shampoo and use only the tresemme heat protector and reused the flatiron i still did not see good results my hair was frizzy and puffy i highly would not recommend this flatiron,I don't think it's worth the price to pay for.

ok letme just say that iv'e purchased this flatironed a week ago and just recieved it.I tried the flatiron today on my 3c thick hair,I washed my hair and blow dried it like i usually do then applied the kqc heat thermal spray onto it and it came out horrible the spray dried my hair out because the worst ingredient it has is SD Alcohol

I love natural hair straightened because of how full and thick it is, but I could never ever get my hair that straight and also, I didn't want to have to keep applying heat after every wash, so I just relaxed it and now I barely use heat....but you're hair is so gorgeous, I'm a bit jealous of it.
