I guess because the ROM of Megaman 2 / Rockman 2 got much better documented than the other titles, so modifying (in term of ASM) MM2 is much easier than 5.

If you ask me those MM2 hacks (Deus Ex Machina, No Constancy, etc.) they may be good (advanced) hacks, but their difficulty level is virtually unplayable.

I've played the "easy" version of Deus Ex Machina and about 75% of everything has to be executed perfectly.

They are pretty tough. I was able to get up to Wily 3 on RNC (had to use savestates on Wily 1 and 2). DEM is still hard as nails to me.

These are meant to be hard, by the way. It's half of the fun. You're supposedly challenging yourself just for opening the file :P
