  • @seamanmeeker During the workout, using pyramids, when the numbers are small, it's easy. But when the numbers are big, it gets harder. And depending what kind of pyramid workout your are doing, whether a standard or a reverse pyramid, is when the difficulty is in the workout.

    With a reverse pyramid, the kind of pyramid most people perform, the numbers are small in the beginning and the end.

    With a standard pyramid, the numbers a big at the beginning and at the end.

  • These are chin-ups, but it's still a great method to build strength and endurance.
