If you can't find a book in that virtual library but you have it on paper (i want the text-to-speech) How can you put it on your Kindle.. you can't?

It is in the little button that controls text size. On the keyboard next to the space bar.

You can. If you bought your book from Amazon, you can also just delete it from the Kindle and redownload it from amazon when you want.
