@mufcblue he keeps having accomplices; maybe he employed someone in order to do tie him up. Maybe red john knows that jane is his other identity and jane does not know about red john. I have been thinking about that since season 1 episode 1, Patrick Jane seems to be too comfortable at crime scenes and murders. However; that kind of scenario will be too lame. I hope they don't do that.
