I point I would recommend as important if you would like to avoid extra work, to perform multiple checks during installation rather than in the end. 1st I would check the system is working out of the box. 2nd make sure system is working when attaching the reverse cables and give a simple test than in the end test it as you did. This will avoid removing panels again if anything fails. Some new cars have panels that once removed the clips get broken. Extra caution will recommend.
