The reason I asked my questions is because most people think that the weight loss is only due to the very low calorie diet, and not HCG.

If you truly feel that the HCG helped you handle this low calorie diet, then the answer is right there, HCG works.

I just watched some of your videos, and you look GREAT. The diet is obviously doing something right.

My question is this:

I've been doing research on the Simeons' protocol and did a presentation on it.

I do believe it works when I see results on real people like yourself.

My question is, have you tried losing weight simply by just eating 500 calories/day?

Also, are you currently eating 500 calories/day with the HCG?

Howdy! Thanks for the positive feedback! No, I would not go on 500 cal/day w/o hCG because it is diets like that which are partly responsible for the malfunction of the hypothalamus, causing it to reduce metabolism & increase cravings, which is why they don't work. HCG provides the body access to calories from abnormal fat stores so this doesn't occur, simultaneously re-setting the hypothalamus. 500 cal/day will result in weight loss, but one will gain it back PLUS. NOT recommended!

Thank you for representing the Simeon's hcg protocol with such grace on television. I agree with everyone that Dr. London and the Dietitian are just some rude, ignorant people they dredged up to make "good" TV. Bah! They just knew anyone who is educated about this protocol would defend it. Thanks to Dr. Gedde for contributing her educated, professional opinion also!

you know the m and j show made me feel like I was at a drive-thru. They really didn't give anyone a real chance to speak at length. The protocol needs at least an hour with a host that can relate to battling a real weight problem. I was very dis-pleased. Not with you of course, but with the amount of air time given to "the cure"

I just finished watching the show and i wished it was a full hour! I have done the protocol and have lost 30lbs in 35 days and it works when all else has failed! I don't think they gave you enough on air time to speak your truth and I'm kinda pissed. I am starting my second round and I will be v-loggn my experience so i can be another someone who speaks up for the truth! The opposing doctor should have brought one of her patients who has unsuccessfully tried the protocol! she was full of hotair
