@TheAsUNation Ive never done it before but what you would do is when you are rendering out a masked gun (so there is no background) you would go and add to render que, click on the button that says "best settings" and change it to "wireframe" . wait for it to render then place back into after effects .. However a good effect like it is when you mask around the the gun and add "cartoon" then feather the mask this makes a effect like this one with colour correction!
