This method was to have tons of cash, so you could do anything in the game, buy what clothes you like, mod what cars you want etc. I don't use this now, it's actually more fun to have no money, to complete all the extras to get cash. One of the best parts for me is the races, which open up after completing driving school and the extra missions.

Where is a good area that has alot of houses to be broken into? I find them alot but never in just a cluster... which is what I need.

@killeradg1 First section of the map, bottom save point, the 2 houses at the end of the road. Sometimes they aren't available. The trick is go into one house, take 1 item, go into the other, take 1 item, and the item reappears in the first house again. Thats the quickest way, you should get around 35,000 for doing all that.

@killeradg1 Loads of ballas live next to your original house so you can kill all of them and they don't come back and their tv keeps respawning for some unknown reason.

Here's a tip on doing burglary.

1. get inside a house.

2. kill everyone inside.

3. get out of the house.

4. get back in that same house.

5. just stole everything (you don't have to worry about making noise anymore)

The whole point is to make money without using any cheats at all? What about getting an "Enforcer" and doing the Vigilante missions with the "Vehicle of Death" cheat? Or infinite ammo? :D

Grab a silenced gun from Ammu-Nation. Go into the bedroom and BOOM headshot they're dead rush to get as much as you can :)

I'll post a video response of where the burglary van is, as this seems to be a regular question. It's only just round the corner from the first save point, and you can do the mission straight away, you don't have to do the Ryder mission or any other mission first.

@ETCHAMOPH The van is somewhere in the apartment complex across from your first girlfriend's house. If it isn't directly across, its somewhere in that complex. I'm pretty sure that's where it is, if not I'm sorry.

@MrTibbitz Yea, you have to buy the flight strip which is what i was stuck on. And then it also worked out because of that car dealership missions that don't count towards 100% completion that i wanted to do and i had to buy the dealership for like 80,000.

OK. To make things clear on getting the burglary van. it's called a Boxter, and from the first save point it is about opposite the gym at the start of the game. You can only activated missions after 8pm, remember it's a 24hr clock so that's 20:00 not 08:00. My key to activate the mission is NUM PLUS which i think is the default.

You do NOT have to complete Ryder's burglary mission - you can do this right at the start of the game.

It doesnt work with me i have done the mission and tryed 2 start it but It wont start I tryed changing the key , got in the van at 1:23am and nothing??? Can you help as I am really getting ticked off

@Corrupt5358 I saved the burlgary truck at my first garage and can now use it for this. HOWEVER -.- it doesn´t work. I go to a neighbourhood like you and go get in the truck and there´s no way to start the burglary mission -.- It doesn´t work for me -.-

@NoRestart Try NUM+ after 20:00hrs to start the mission (or the same key you use to activate taxi or ambulance missions), it should say "Burglary Mission" - then just look around for houses with the yellow arrows at the door - it make take a while to find one.

@bruz90 Well $35280, as the video shows for stolen items (the max I've got was about $52000), and a one off payment of $3000 for completing the burglary.

This was just a quick way to get some money to gamble with.

It shows you exactly at the end of one of the Ryder missions. In the first area, goto the gym entrance and face it, turn right about 90 degrees and go forwards. In those crappy houses yards, with washing, in one of them is the "boxter" that you need to do the burglarys. After 8pm hit the submission button to start.

Num + isn't the default key, check your key settings to find the right key (I redefined all mine).
