@RythmandStrings Who told you I voted for President Obama??? Not all Republicans were happy with President Bush and that is the reality. Bush fucked up I'm not going to feel sorry for him because he should have did his job better. I'm not going to feel sorry for him screwing up with 9/11, Iraq, and the Economic Crisis. Yes we are safer now but we should have been safer a decade ago. Clinton screwed up too but Bush ruined America. If we come out of this we are strong and will always be strong.
Actually I'm a business major so I know more than enough how the economy works. Do you have any idea how much has been spent on the War in Iraq? It totals to over $2 trillion. Did you know in 2007 he gave $10 billion to Israel and it wasn't to aid them. Give me a break, you clearly have been hoodwinked by the Bush Administration. Bush cared too much about Iraq and should have focused on the country he swore to serve. I think you need to face reality that Bush was a terrible President.
President Bush gave us a great gift. Iraq will act as a backdoor into a nuclear armed Iran. He also kept America safe from terrorists for the remainder of his Presidency. God bless President Bush.
Really... How about stopping the US's production of the 1st Hybrid cars? Or sinking our economy in Iraq? Or trying to sell our borders to the middle-east while we're at war with the middle-east? Or allowing the credit card companies free reign, then adjusting the bankruptcy laws to favor them over us? Or denying global warming data to be released? Or shredding our Constitution (thus destroying our image around the world), then creating a law to exempt him from getting charged with war crimes?
The hybrid car thing was because the big auto industries didn't want to convert to electric from oil. The economy wasn't damaged by Iraq, it was damaged mainly form the housing market, someone buys a house, 2 years later, they sell it for 300,000 dollars, next one buys sells for 400,000 and so on, with this rising chain, people couldn't afford houses or mortgage, and also the cedit card crash, some people makes 30,000 dollars a year, and has a 100,000 credit limit in their pocket. Continued>>
The housing market collapsed because all of a sudden everything started to get tight financially, because of Bush's checks for Iraq. That caused credit card companies to nickel and dime customers and the adjusted mortgage rates to jump. Then gas jumped to over $4 a gal. which dominoed everything else. The middle class was literally squeezed dry.
At least reagan had the good since to fight Iran Contra with drug money and not our money.
The hybrid was because of car companies didn't want to switch. Bush's spend on Iraq had nothing to do with the housing market crash. The company that Obama, and fiends, were in, called A.C.O.R.N., forced banks to give loans to the poor people, who couldn't pay them back, And when this happened nationally, the poor people couldn't pay back their mortgage and now the housing market crashed! Bush didn't cause that!
People were paying them fine until gas, groceries, credit cards, and adjustable rates all shot up at the same time, because of Bush's Iraq War checks. Thats the connection.
As for the border thing, and the credit card thing, that you have a point on. As for the global warming, some people do not beleive that theory, me for example, but not unleashing the data, well, they might have found something tat they don't want to show. And talk about shredding the constitution, look at what Obama is doing! Its like he is taking away the amendments 1 by 1, one democrat stated "The American people don't care about these "insignificant?"(not sure) laws." >> Continued
And Obama has a gun law in a state requested a 1 million insurance plan on any gun you own or have. Plus he said that he would have the U.S soldiers out of Iraq in 3 months, then that three months turned to 8 months, then he turned around and said that they would be out in 13 months, and then he sends in a small number of soldiers, I'm not sure how much, maybe around 30,000, which is supposed to be considered a small amount.
As for the gun laws, fuck them I hate guns thy do more harm than good. And as for Iraq I have more faith in Obama getting us out of there than Bush or McCain. The documentary No Way Out exposed a lot of what the Bush Admin did wrong - and believe it was a lot. So for him to fix this will take a lot, because at this point we just cant leave them hanging. There has to be a smooth transition for everyone's safety.
Yes, even if guns do do harm, private citizens can't afford the insurance plan! People buy guns for private residential protection, others buy it for hunting, but some people buy it or steal or smuggle it for gangs, which is bad, but taking away guns from private citizens is one way a dictator takes over a country, I'm not saying Obama is going to do that, but Saddam did.
Car companies were already doing it but they stopped when Bush told them he'd make it hard to build the refueling stations for them, because he Condi and Cheney came from oil companies and oil companies helped get him elected.
Obama isnt taking guns away from people tho, most people already have guns anyway.
Listen, Obama isn't taking guns away, but in one state, he passed law requiring a 1 million insurance plan so that they can't have a gun, and son, he might do that with the whole country. I don't know about that claim on Bush on how he got elected, I'll have to research it, but I know most car companies wouldn't want to change to hybrid or electric because they don't want to go through the trouble of changing from oil.
Even so, Obama was in a conference dealing with the big CEOs of the major car companies, and they, with no influence from Bush, for he is out of office now, and at that time, declined the idea of making hybrids presented by Obama representing the republican, and the democrats in that matter.
Yeah right, picture that! if they know any better they'd do it. It's the only way to compete with the companies that are making better fuel-efficient cars.
All of those CEOs are hooked on oil, they wont change from oil, they invested into it! Imagine the gas stations, would they want to change? And if it did, they would have to pay for the change, and some of them probably couldn't afford it, plus, they like the gas money they get, what are they going to do with electric stations? Charge electricity and hydrogen, $1.00 per square inch? Hey not a bad idea even if I don't know the exact possible figure., but it wont happen at least for a long time.
Listen, a lot of people think Bush hates back people, I don't think that that is true. Why would he hate blacks? What would his reason be? Kanya West said that because what, let me remember, it was something about that levy that broke in New Orleans during Katrina? Why did he think that? Because Bush didn't respond fast enough to Kaarina, so he thinks that Bush hates blacks? The mayor didn't evacuate the city!
Listen, he did care, my brother was there at the time. The firefighters and the F.B.I, and the police were there at 9/11 and did what they thought best, if Bush went slow, o well, he did what he thought was right and protected us from terrorism since 9/11. He had all the airports to close up that day, anyways, he did his best.
Bullshit, Bush didnt even know what to do from month to month.
1st Afghanistan claimed responsibility for 9/11, but we ended up in Iraq chasing WMD, then when there werent any WMD, it didnt matter, we went to war anyway. Then the war was over, but apparently it wasnt. For all that money, our troops were ill-prepared, mislead and ill-equipped. And yes we got our asses whipped.
And you mean Cheney did his best, he was the one inexplicably in control of NORAD that day.
He knew what to do, and he did his best. Al Quida, or whatever it is spelled is responsible for 9/11. The went to war because Saddam retaliated and they faught, (can't spell today, well, whatever) back, and when we won, and captured Saddam, then we went on a patrol thing to fight the terrorists there. The troops were prepared well, they were equipped well, and they are not mislead. And the terrorists are only kicking our asses is because they are using gorilla warfare and out of uniform. >>
I know exactly what happened, Im just not buying their and your version of why it had to go down the way it did. If you want to believe their BS feel free, but the outcome speaks for itself.
Continued Cheney was in charge of NORAD that day too, true, but on that day, they were practicing to stop terrorist attacks on buildings, and one of those simulations was the airplane into the building, and one of those buildings was the WTC. The terrorists could have known that they were practicing these simulations, and so, when they crashed in the buildings, they got by only because of NORADs simulations, and when they crashed in the building, they thought it was a simulation.
Yeah how convenient Cheney was running things on that day. And how convenient we were out on maneuvers and were still totally ineffective. And how convenient Bush's brother's company was head of security for the Towers and the bomb sniffing dogs were removed the week before unscheduled work was being done in the basement levels of the bldgs. or that the bldgs themselves were in need of a costly overhaul. Or that the bldgs were sound enough to withstand the impact. 9/11 was a set up
Listen, because of NORAD's simulations that day, they thought that, at first, 911 was a simulation. But I guess it doesn't matter how I try to explain it to you, because you are one of those crazies who think that 9/11 was a government setup, or a Bush/Cheney setup just to start a war, and for what? Bush went to war because of 9/11, and because of 9/11, the stock markets went down big time, and I don't want to hear any of that BS that Bush and Cheney, or the government set up 9/11.
Yeah I know the story, I just dont buy it. This is are military we're talking about. Plus like I said I heard and saw the intel of what happened that. Yeah they were confused for a minute then it was just piss-poor command and equally piss-poor execution of orders. To put it bluntly, it was allowed to happen. The Twin Towers were pawned as the first dominos to start a war with Iraq which was supposed to be for oil and power, and America was to be oil rich. But we lost.
Yeah, I heard that theory, but I don't buy it, like you don't buy the official history book explanation I gave you. This is where we can't change either of our opinions, you believe that Bush let it happen so that he can have war in Iraq and get rich from their oil, and I beleive that the government was confused at first by NORAD and the terrorists took advantage of it. People like you and me will have opinions, but none of us will have complete proof, even if we believe we do.

However his oil company abundantly benefited from oil trading contracts with the Middle Est. How come we don't see him mention that anywhere.
I served my country's military with honors under his command, but I was disappointed when I found all the real motives of war.

True that. But here's what I believe gives my theory leverage over yours ...
1)Bush's reaction to when he was told of the attack.
2)Cheney just happened to be in control of NORAD.
3)Even after the military was told they were breaking the drill because of the real threat they were still ineffective.
