  • Peel session recordings sound so good. Often much better than album versions.

  • My God! Thank you SO much for uploading this! :D It's too good!

  • Live versions seem to trump the studio ones. Thanks for all these!

  • @PostPunkFan not heard in years exelent

  • been listening to that song since i was 15. 3 decades ago. love it. cool version.

  • Seminal............

  • Thanks for posting this. Love it- got a great sparse, desolate feel to it, far better than the album version.

  • Probably my favourite ever PiL song. Have always loved the echoey, spacey sound/feel of the Paris au printemps version but this is great. Unfortunately as madcapoperator pointed out, the bass sound is a little weak here.

  • I like how these sessions are actually much better produced than all of metal box lol. still, the bass doesnt have the same oompf as that album here.

  • Brilliant version - thanks for posting. I also enjoyed Jah Wobble's rendition with the Nippon Dub Ensemble (it's on YouTube as well)

  • Wonderful, truely wonderful times. I'm not sure we'll ever see the likes of PIL/Banshees/Fall/Joy Division etc, etc, again.

  • I'm surprised this hasn't got thousands of views and hundreds of comments. What a great version of the song! (Alright, this hasn't been out here more than a month). Thanks for sharing this.
