gba, all games I try, run ok... the expansion is needed cause gba game run only in slot2... acecard made a "bridge" and copies the gba game to expansion and than run it... it's how the stuff works ;)
PS: now i dont use gelu firmware anymore... I am using akaio... akaio have the same feature ;)
I got an Acekard 2i and a NDS Lite, I used the _Ak from the website, and nds roms work, BUT how can I play the Gba's without purhasing a new cart? isn't there a download that makes gba roms work that I can put into acekard 2i? plz answer, would really like to play some gba games :(
yes... GBA games run in GBA mode, use a slot 2 expansion. The slot 2 was removed on newer DSs (DSi), so, until someone release a emulator, GBA games dont run in DSi
when you say slot two do you mean the pysical slot like on all ds's or like when you start up acekard and then there is 2 things u can choose the micro sd or the slot two select thing?
when acekard detects the slot 2 expansion. whem you choose any gba game on acekard menu, automaticaly they make a copy and run the game, usin the expansion ;)
by the way i am using _ak2 from the acekard website. and so when i put the gba file in the root of the sd card (the part when you just open it and all the files in it are showing) i put acekard in my ds and there are the gba files in it but when i click them nothing happens, i really don't understand what you are sayin LOL XD

@veemon6 , this firmware is obsolete... if you have an Acekard, use Akaio: google for akaio

@veemon6 , yes... put your gbaframe on __aio/ui/your_skin/gbaframe.bmp
AND, i don't know if you reserch and read about, bur, you will need a gba expansion card like Ez Flash 3in1.

DSi, i dont know much, so, i don't know if was made a emulator to rum gba game without slot2

you need a ez flash IV 3in1 expansion pack.
And a custon acekard firmware, in these days, the best one is calle Akaio, do a search on GBATEMP
bau, as i said, you need ALSO a slot 2 hardware, like ez flash iv 3 in 1 exp. pack

Does that mean we can't play gba games on are Acekard 2i's cause I have a Dsi as well.I also have an R4 but we need a slot 2 right I just got mines.

you need a slot 2 expansion, like ez flash 3in1 exp. pack.
with acekard + akaio firmware AND a slot 2 expansion, you will able to rum gba games ;)

unfortunately i faced the treaded expansion pack i got the Ez flash 3 in 1 the same as yours do you know any gba games that use the rumble function

rumble of ez flash 3in1 works only on NDS games that use rumble, as MEtroid PRime Hunters, Custom Robo Arena, Space Invaders Extreme, etc ;)
GBA games dont have acess to 3in1 rumble...

realize that you need a expansion slot2 card... mine is a Ez Flash 3in1
Acekard recognize this expansion ando load GBA Games to there ;)
