Great Video Nick!!! Just one Question, Tell if I'm wrong but the furnace was running a cycle with the blower door open after you tightened all t-stat wires, the door switch wasn't working????.
@MrFrozen73 I had the blower door switch bypassed for servicing and checking purposes. It beats sticking electrical tape over the switch, then having it fall off right when your in the middle of a test run.
@tstatech You bet. Actually I had already adjusted the gas manifold pressure from 4.5"WC down to the specified 3.5"WC before I removed the old heat exchanger. Temperature rise would have been performed if I had remembered to grab my digital pocket thermometer or my thermocouple for my fluke out of my AC test equipment box. But that is just one of those things I have to do today in switching my carry-on baggage from cooling mode to heating mode, lol.

Great job Nick.
A temp rise test and gas pressure test would be a nice touch.
